Less than a week after South Africa’s Supreme Court charged Oscar Pistorius with the murder of girlfriend Reeve Steenkamp, the former track star has been granted bail of $930 (10,000 rand).

Judge Aubrey Ledwaba granted bail to the 29-year-old and extended his house arrest until his sentence hearing on April 18. The decision came after Pistorius agreed to more strict provisions on his house arrest.
