Johnson told the BBC last week that he had more power than Bolt and could have outrun

him in a 100m race.

Bolt said Johnson was saying things just to get attention, adding that he was concentrating on becoming a “great” like Muhammad Ali or Pele.

The last Diamond League meet of the season gets underway this afternoon, with Bolt running the 100m. Later in the day, the men’s 5000m will feature an American record attempt by Galen Rupp and deep field that will be led out at sub-12:50 pace.
