Watch the final 100m of both the men’s 8K and women’s 6K from the 2017 Bill Salter Western International Cross-Country Invitational in London, Ont. Branna MacDougall, in 20:45, and Ben Carson, in 25:00, won the Sept. 23 events at Thames Valley Golf Course. Plus, relive the entire race with Canadian Running’s highlights video.

The event was the first major southern Ontario cross-country race of the academic calendar featuring university runners as well as some unattached (non-university) athletes. The Queen’s University women and the McMaster men won the team titles, which takes into account the top-five runners on each squad. (Results can be found at the bottom of this page.)
