The top Canadian in the women’s 6K at the 2017 NCAA Division One Cross-Country Championships gives viewers an inside look at the happenings of the American university championships.

The University of New Mexico’s Charlotte Prouse, who placed 12th overall on Saturday, was the third of the Lobos scorers to finish, helping the UNM win the overall women’s team championship. Saturday was Prouse’s best result at the NCAA Cross-Country Championships after formerly competing for Washington. She ran 19:49 for 6K.
