Sprinter Ezinne Okparaebo continues to amaze in latest video
Norwegian sprinter Ezinne Okparaebo again got the attention of the internet -- this time for making weightlifting look rather effortless.
First the miraculous display of stair-jumping and now this: Ezinne Okparaebo making weightlifting look rather effortless.
Performing the snatch — to lift the barbell from the ground to overhead in one continuous motion — Okparaebo, Norway’s fastest woman of all-time (national 100m record holder), did multiple repetitions of 50 kilograms.
ESPNW reports that the lift was 220 pounds (50 kg on each side).

The Olympian gained worldwide attention a few weeks ago when she performed a stair-jump workout, attracting attention from Sports Illustrated, NBC, and others.
The snatch is a common strength training exercise among sprinters and throwers where powerful full body movements are required.
Okparaebo’s video prompted Ashton Eaton, the world record holder in the decathlon and the reigning Olympic and world champion in the event, to challenge Okparaebo’s feat.
