Every so often we bring you a playlist to get pumped up on the run. This time, we’re bringing you something to help you stay mellow the night before the big race.
Pre-race nerves are no fun. Running is a fun sport and most of the time, it’s quite calming. It’s a great way for most of us to let go of stress. But what happens when running is the cause of stress? Like the night before the goal race when anxiety kicks in. For that, a shakeout slow run is often a good idea. Or, you could listen to some calming tunes like these ones.
