Bolt’s exercises include: Bicycle crunches, dead lifts, planks, hurdling and box jumps, to name a few.

Though his strength routine might be on point, his diet could potentially use some tweaking. During the 2008 Olympics, Bolt was reported to have eaten 100 MacDonald’s chicken nuggets per day over the course of a week-and-a-half.
