VIDEO: Mountain runner Kilian Jornet’s routes will make your palms sweat

If heights make you nervous, look away...

Talk about mountain and ultra running and Kilian Jornet’s name is bound to come up. The runner has set world records accomplishes challenges that most of us would never even dream of. Need an example? Well, the 29-year-old reached the summit of Mount Everest twice in a week recently, he has won mountain races around the world and his documentary project, Summits of My Life, has taken him to some of the world’s most notable peaks. He was also named National Geographic’s Adventurer of the Year in 2014

The mountain runner has been at it for a while: he has experienced rugged mountain terrain all his life and started racing when he was 13.

If you’re curious to know what his runs look like, you wouldn’t be the first. The above video shows the mountain tops which he runs on. If you’re squeamish of heights, be warned that this footage is sure to make the palms a little sweaty.
