Toronto Blue Jays outfielder Kevin Pillar celebrated Thanksgiving in the United States by participating in a turkey trot.
The Wilson Defensive Player of the Year Award winner, Fielding Bible Award winner and Major League Baseball star centre-fielder shared a photo of his family at a Thanksgiving (Nov. 23, 2017 in the U.S.) race, popularly known as Turkey Trots in the United States. The 28-year-old, family and friends finished the Conejo Valley YMCA’s 13th Annual Turkey Day Dash (5K) at California Lutheran University in Thousand Oaks, Calif.
“Happy thanksgiving y’all,” he wrote on social media. “First turkey trot with the family.”
