Every runner has their own reasons for running. Heading out the door for a run can be a chance to connect with friends, or to chase a personal best; it might represent a way to raise money for worthy charities, just a chance to clear your mind. There is no right or wrong reason–you just Run Your Way.

New Balance Canada and Canadian Running want to celebrate runners across the country (and all of their reasons for running) through a text/video series starting in spring 2023. We will be highlighting Canadian runners like you from coast to coast, sharing their stories about why they run. There will be inspiring stories of Canadians running for change, running for records and simply running for the love of it. We hope these stories inspire you to keep running–your way.
