Tara would have loved to run the Saskatchewan marathon on the weekend but it wasn’t in the cards this year so she planned an easy run along the race route. Now, she’s as motivated as she can be to take on a new training block.

Chris Koch, 37, completed the Calgary marathon on Sunday, his first-ever attempt at the distance, and finished in the middle of the pack.

Calgary marathon race weekend wrapped up on Sunday afternoon in Alberta and featured the Canadian half-marathon championships.
