Guelph to host ‘Steeple-Stock’

The Speed River Track and Field Club in Guelph, Ont. is hosting a national steeplechase clinic on April 24.

Some of the top coaches in the event will take part, providing participants with a full day of instruction.

There will be both theory and practical sessions concentrating on technique, nutrition and training, and how they all relate to the steeplechase.

The clinic starts early in the morning and ends with a fun wrap-up dinner (optional) at a local restaurant. Registrants receive a souvenir “Steeple-Stock” T-shirt and lunch will be provided.
