Tickets for the 2015 Pan Am Games, being held in Toronto next summer, have been on sale for a few weeks and Monday marks the final day of early-bird requests for eager fans.

The window to apply for a chance to buy advance tickets to the events close Monday evening at 9 p.m. EDT and the track and field tickets have been among the most popular requests so far.

The most popular events so far have been soccer matches, which has seen more ticket request than the Opening Ceremonies, which will feature Cirque du soleil. Behind those two events, equestrian ranks third for the most-requested tickets and athletics, which is comprised of track and field events and the marathon, had the fourth-most requested tickets.

About 100,000 early-bird tickets had been sold as of the weekend before the window closes. In total, there are 1.4 million tickets available across all events during the two-week-long Games. Pan Am officials noted that it’s difficult to sell tickets for events which are over 10 months away and they anticipate more sales when tickets are again available.
