British world-record holder Paula Radcliffe has announced her plans to run the New York City Marathon on Nov. 1.

Radcliffe has won the race all three times that she has entered, including the past two years.

She hasn’t run a marathon since last November, and has spent most of this year recovering from a broken toe and bunion surgery.

Radcliffe pulled out of the London Marathon in the spring, and withdrew from the World Championships in August.

But she did manage to win the New York City Half Marathon in August, beating a strong field that included Deena Kastor and Catherine Ndereba.
