Canadian Running’s medal picks for the IAAF World Championships

The IAAF World Championships are upon us and there are a handful of Canadians who have a shot at medalling in their respective event(s). Worlds, which take place Aug. 4-13 in London, is a biennial event that attracts the best athletes in the world.

Canada won eight medals – two gold, three silver and three bronze – at the 2015 IAAF World Championships in Beijing. Below are Canadian Running‘s staff medal picks for the Canadians we think will be standing on the podium by the time the world championships conclude.
