With the 2017 Berlin Marathon coming up on Sept. 24, look back at the fastest record-eligible race, among men, ever run over 42.2K. Dennis Kimetto in 2014 ran 2:02:57 at the Berlin Marathon, the only runner to have ever broken the 2:03 barrier in legal conditions.
