4 Minute Mile film trailer

4 Minute Mile is an American film about a high schooler with a troubled home life trying to break that magical barrier on the track. The film has had mixed reviews, but movies centred around running are few and far between. 4 Minute Mile stars Kelly Blatz as Drew, a talented young runner, the always excellent Richard Jenkins as his troubled coach and Kim Bassinger in a supporting role as the mother. Canadian Charles-Olivier Michaud directs. It is in theatres Aug. 1.
