Aristotle Domingo: the self-love journey of an adaptive runner

Aristotle Domingo is a double below knee amputee. He’s also an avid runner, a seated thrower, an activist, an actor and podcast host. He is the founder of The Amputee Coalition of Toronto, a peer advocacy group providing education and support for the limb loss and limb different community.

Aristotle underwent his first low leg amputation in 2017 and his second in 2019. He says that although it’s hard to believe, limb loss changed his life for the better. In this episode, Aristotle takes us through his extraordinary story of perseverance, and self-discovery through running.
