Chip is still not dead yet

Chip’s Not Dead Yet Memorial Mile expects 5,000 costumed participants in second year of "The Funnest Charity Race Alive"

Last year, we reported on a new uphill race in Vancouver, spearheaded by Lululemon founder Chip Wilson, called the Chip’s Not Dead Yet Memorial Mile. Well, the race is back again this year for its second running on June 20, and organizers say they expect 5,000 participants to dress up in costumes, huff and puff up a mile-long stretch of West 10th Avenue, and then enjoy a big party at the finish. Top athletes will vie for a $20,000 winner-takes-all prize.
