NACAC Championships begin this weekend

Some of Canada’s finest young athletes will have the home turf advantage this weekend as the North American Central America Caribbean under-23 track and field championship kick off in Kamloops, B.C.

The meet will welcome athletes from 31 different countries and will take place at Kamloops’ Hillside Stadium.

At the last championship, in 2012, the Canadian team won 18 medals: four gold, six silver and eight bronze. This year, Athletics Canada has named 35 athletes as members of the NACAC team. See below for the full list.
