Nike drops shipping container pop-up shop in Toronto and Vancouver

Nike.com

To celebrate the launch of Nike.com in Canada, Nike is bringing a little extra something to Toronto and Vancouver this month.

The much-anticipated Canada-friendly online retailer is offering shopaholic athletes a chance to acquire athletic wear from the brand’s European line. Some of the models and colours won’t even be available in the U.S. To add to it, runners can design their own custom shoes using the NikeiD customizer.

On Thurs. Nov. 19, the brand is dropping a shipping container which brings the products to Canada in Toronto. It will be in Toronto until Nov. 21 in an event called Nike.com Live. For three days, athletic people can browse through cold weather gear, running apparel, create custom shoes in the Nike iD studio and sign up for session with coaches, trainers, and designers.

Runners have three days to take part before the shipping container is packed up and moved to Vancouver later this month.

In addition to visiting this pop-up shop, runners can sign up for NTC classes and runs promoting cold weather training under the hashtag #GETOUTTHERE.
