Starting block fail: When you realize blocks weren’t the best way to go…
This young track athlete figured the best way to get a good start would be with the use of starting blocks. Things didn't quite turn out as planned.
In most cases, sprinters prefer to use starting blocks at the beginning of a 100m race because they help in preventing slippage when pushing off on the start line. But sometimes the use of starting blocks sounds better in theory than in practice.

Just as the gun goes off, the girl slips to the ground and does a face plant before trying to regroup. Five metres later, she slips and falls. By that point, her competitors are well ahead.
