This week on The Rundown we celebrate the announcement that Athletics Canada has officially nominated three athletes to the Tokyo Olympic team. We get pumped for the re-opening of the track season, even if it is “across the pond”. And we pay tribute to Ahmaud Arbery, who was slain while doing the activity we all love: running.
