The Polar Ignite is a smartwatch that not only tracks your exercise activities–it makes data tracking and analysis possible 24/7, offering sleep analysis, overnight recovery insights and personalized and adaptive training guidance, so you are never at a loss to know how you’re really progressing. This is in addition to a daily training guide adapted to your fitness level, continuous heartrate monitoring, and even guided breathing exercises for those times when you need a break from the stress of daily life.

This function looks at a runner’s overall well-being and not just the impact of exercise. This watch really prioritizes a runner’s mental well-being, as that hugely impacts their physical well-being.

As with all Polar watches, the exercise companion comes with a free, personalized and adaptive training plan that offers training programmes from the 5K all the way to the marathon.

The insights made possible by these features give athletes a much better all-around continuous feedback system for training, recovery and daily life.

The Ignite is also Polar’s lightest and thinnest model ever, and has a colour touchscreen display. It retails for $229.95 USD and all colourways are available at www.polar.com/ignite.
