How to watch the Inspiration Games

Andre De Grasse will line up today for the Inspiration Games, and Canadians can tune in to see him and others in action

Andre De Grasse

Today is the 2020 Inspiration Games, a virtual meet held in place of the Weltklasse Zürich Diamond League. The meet will see competitors go head-to-head in real time, while actually competing across the world. It’s one of the most sophisticated time trials ever. If you’re one of the many running fans who has been seriously missing competition, you can get your track fix today by tuning in at 1:35 p.m. ET to check out all of the action.

The only Canadian competing today is 2019 World Championship bronze medallist Andre De Grasse, who will be running the 100-yard dash. He’s run one race so far this season, hitting 10.15 in a 100m run last week at a meet in Clermont, Fla.
