Branna was third at the 2017 U Sports cross-country championships and helped the Queen’s team to a second place finish behind the University of Toronto. In 2018, Brogan was named rookie of the year following her undefeated cross-country season.

Both runners are very familiar with Fort Henry, which has been their home course for several years. Before attending Queen’s University, the runners were Physicult club members and began their running careers in Kingston.
