This week: the Canadian men dominated the sprints in Florida, kicking off the season with a blazing 4x100m relay win. Former University of Toronto mid-distance stud Tamara Jewett ran a ridiculous half-marathon split to win 70.3 triathlon in California. And Karla Del Grande added two new World Records to her growing list of accolades!
