This week on The Rundown we dive into all the excitement from the Monaco Diamond League. Not only did the 5,000m World Record go down, Canadians Matt Hughes and Marco Arop also ran bravely in their respective races. And speaking of bravery, American Noah Lyles raised his black gloved fist on the start line in support of the Black Lives Matter movement.
