Marathoner P. Diddy runs on anti-gravity treadmill

"They said I would never run again," Diddy wrote on Twitter

Sean “P. Diddy” Combs shared a photo to his Twitter account on Wednesday of him running on an anti-gravity treadmill.

“They said I would never run again!!” he writes. “The devil is a liar!! Watch what you believe!! Look at me!! I give all the glory to God!!”

Combs, a three-time Grammy Award winner, rapper and record producer, is returning from knee surgery, which he underwent in February 2017. AlterG, the manufacturer of the anti-gravity treadmill, reduces the load and impact of running.

The 48-year-old in 2003 completed the New York City Marathon in 4:14:54 after “eight weeks of intensive training and dieting, two weeks abstention from sex and limiting himself to one party per week,” according to MTV.

Diddy’s post on Wednesday is the second time in three weeks that he’s shared a running-related tweet. On Jan. 4, he posted that he’s a “marathon runner, not a sprinter.”

It’s the second time in as many weeks that a high-profile name has been spotted running on an AlterG after J.J. Watt shared a photo of his comeback from injury on Jan. 18.
