The ultimate winter running ice beard has been found.
Men with beards who run in winter can relate to a photo that Instagram user Tommy Shimenetto posted to his profile recently. After being outdoors for hours, multiple layers of ice accumulated on his beard resulting in one of the thickest ice beards you’ll ever see.
During Canadian winters, icy beards are commonplace given the cool conditions and fact that runners are often outside for upwards of an hour or more.

The surfer appropriately tagged the location as Iceland though the photograph was actually taken in Wisconsin. The below photo went viral and collected more than 6,200 likes on Instagram since being posted in early January.
