Canadian Running contributor Alex Cyr is a St. FX alumnus, a runner for the Windsor Lancers, and the author of Runners of the Nish: A Season in the Sun, Rain, Hail and Hell. We caught up with him at the Western Invitational Cross Country meet in London, Ont. last weekend, where he told us about his Top Five running books.
