VIDEO: New York City Marathon BTG cheer squad motivates runners

The New York City Marathon took place over the weekend. With 50,000 runners taking part, it’s the biggest marathon in the world. It’s no surprise then that major run crews from around the globe showed up to race and cheer on the runners. It was almost like a flashback to last month’s Bridge the Gap, meetup of international run crews. Toronto’s Parkdale Roadrunners was among them along with London’s Run Dem Crew, The Black Roses, The Bridge Runners and others. These crews really made some noise as runners passed by on the course because as Charlie Dark from Run Dem Crew says, “If you don’t run, cheer.”
