RECIPE: 20 second protein ice cream

A tasty treat that is equal parts healthy and delicious

Looking for a treat but trying to keep your diet as clean as possible? This “ice cream” is ready in under a minute, and so filling that it can double as a snack. All you have to do is blend four staple ingredients and you’ve got dessert. Keep a bag of peeled bananas in the freezer and you’ll have a treat ready in no time. Under Armour chef Dan Churchill says that food should be healthy, but it also needs to be tasty. This dessert checks both of those boxes.

As long as the protein powder you use is vegan, this dish is safe for almost all dietary restrictions. If peanuts aren’t your thing, you can easily swap peanut butter for another nut butter of choice.

Prep Time: 5 minutes

Ingredients: (Serves 5)
5 Frozen Bananas
1 Scoop Vanilla Natural Protein
2 Tbsp Peanut Butter
1/2 Cup Almond Milk, Unsweetened

1. Adding the milk in first, add all the ingredients into a blender and blitz until smooth. Serve
with your favorite toppings
