Everything you need to know about the Pan Am U20 Games

The Pan Am U20 and U23 Games are currently underway in San José, Costa Rica. Canada sent the second-largest contingent of any country with 47 competing athletes, many for their first time on an international stage.

So far there have been several medals and two Canadian U20 records set. One by the women of the 4x100m in 44.77, breaking the previous record, which was held by Crystal Emmanuel, Leah Walkeden, Janelle Bell-Spence and Loudia Laarman and the second by Myles Misener-Daley over 400m in 45.62.
