Everything you need to know about OFSAA 2019

This week are the 2019 OFSAA Track and Field Championships in Guelph, Ont. OFSAA is one of the biggest track meets in North America, and this year is sure to have one of the largest number of attendees yet as the facility is hosting the Speed River Inferno following OFSAA on Friday evening. Canadian 800m record holder Melissa Bishop is set to race her first 800m since giving birth last summer during the evening programme.

Thursday schedule

4:00 p.m. – Open steeplechase
4:45 p.m. – 400m heats (MG, MB, JG, JB, SG, SB)
6:00 p.m. – 1,500m heats (MG, MB, JG, JB, SG, SB)
7:30 p.m. – 4x100m relay heats (MG, MB, JG, JB, SG, SB)
