Caution: this race turns winter haters into snow enthusiasts
The Pentathlon Des Neiges is a snow sports festival in Quebec City. The two-weekend long event hosts races consisting of several combinations skiing, biking, snowshoeing, running and skating. The people of Quebec really know how to embrace winter.

Day one of the event was Saturday February 23. The event got started with the team pentathlons and will be followed tomorrow by the Salomon duathlon and ITU World Cup winter triathlon.
