VIDEO: Natasha Wodak’s latest strength training exercise
The bear flow appears to be a challenging exercise to pull off

Canadian 10,000m record holder Natasha Wodak recently has been sharing some of the behind-the-scenes strength work she does outside of running itself.

On Tuesday, Wodak, a 2016 Olympian, shared what she calls “the bear flow,” where she starts and ends in the position of the bear, a quadruped position exercise that works on the lower abs. “Took me a few tries to get the hang of it,” she says via Instagram.
