Cam Levins says he can break 60 minutes after solo Canadian half-marathon record
Levins is also confident that he's capable of 2:06 or faster at the Tokyo Marathon in 2 weeks

Last weekend Cam Levins shattered the Canadian half-marathon record running 1:00.18 at the Vancouver First Half. Not only was this a 42 second improvement on the previous record, Cam accomplished it completely solo on a challenging course in tough conditions.
