Michal Kapral jingles all the way to the finish line of 5K Santa run
'Tis the season to be joggly, Michael Kapral has used jingle bells to juggle through an entire Santa fun.
Michal Kapral, a Toronto runner famous for his “joggling” adventures, is bringing some holiday cheer to the running scene this year. Kapral showed up to the Burlington 5K over the weekend dressed in a full Santa suit and ready to run the full course while juggling a set of jingle bells.
“Joggling” as Kapral calls it, is when a runner juggles while running. This Toronto runner and former editor of Canadian Running has been joggling for years– 11 of them t be exact.

Recently, he showed up the the Chicago Marathon (just this past October) and ran a 2:55 marathon while juggling without dropping any of the balls for the entire time. That achievement is also a record. Kapral also starred in a commercial this year.

During his most recent joggling adventure though, he showed up on the streets of Burlington along with 2,000 other Santas and got into the festive spirit. He ran the 5K and jingled all the way to the finish line to win his age category.
