RECIPE Jerky Popcorn Trail Mix

This riff on trail mix provides the ultimate on-the-go snack satisfaction.
Makes 12 Servings
Ingredients
5 cups unsalted popped popcorn
3 to 4 ounces meat jerky, chopped
1⁄2 cup unsalted roasted almonds
1⁄2 cup unsalted roasted cashews
1/3 cup unsalted pumpkin seeds
1⁄2 cup dried cherries or dried blueberries
1⁄2 cup dried apricots, sliced
1/3 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
1/3 cup dark chocolate chunks or chips
Directions
Place all of the ingredients in a large container and toss to combine. Pour mix into a zip-top bag for transport.
