The Modo Spring Run-Off in Vancouver, B.C. is the first event in the always popular and well-organized Canada Running Series.

The event features a single and spectacular 8K race that completes a tour around Vancouver’s Stanley Park including on sections of the famed and incredibly scenic Seawall.

Participants including recreational and elite athletes enjoy  panoramic views of the ocean, harbour and distant Vancouver Island to the west, as well as Lions Gate Bridge and the snow-capped North Shore Mountains to the north and east. The start and finish are located near the Stanley Park Pavilion which also hosts all the pre- and post-race amenities including entertainment, refreshments and awards.
