Last weekend was arguably the most pivotal two days in marathoning history. Eliud Kipchoge proved his slogan of “no human is limited” by doing what many said couldn’t be done: running under two hours in the marathon. Less than 48 hours later, Brigid Kosgei demolished the 16-year old women’s world record by running 2:14:04.
