Its a new year, a new decade, and we’ve got a new take on our show! Starting this week, we’ll be releasing The Rundown separately from our regular Shakeout episodes. Finally, Canadians took to the podium in multiple distances at the Across the Years trail race in Phoenix, AZ. Most impressively, Dennene Huntley Pangle of Edmonton took the overall win in the 72-hour event with a stunning 380 kilometres!
