Natasha Wodak’s pump-up workout playlist

Wodak's playlist will turn your run into a party

Natasha Wodak likes listening to music while logging miles. Running 90K weeks can be a little lonely, especially during the time of social distancing, so she makes sure to bring along some tunes to keep her company.

Here’s her current go-to playlist for running. Bonus? It’s downloadable on Spotify, so you can get some new tunes at the click of a button. With over 90 minutes of music, her playlist is long enough to get you through most runs. It’s also extremely upbeat, so if you’re lacking motivation these days, this playlist will help you find some.

Wodak had arguably the best seasons of her career in 2019 and during the winter of 2020. She was a Pan Am gold medallist in the 10,000m, ran a Canadian record in the half-marathon (which has since been beaten by Andrea Seccafien) and also competed at both the World Track and Field and Cross-Country Championships, finishing 17th on the track and 43rd on the cross course. While her season is sidelined at the moment, she’s still getting the work done to be ready when the time comes to race again.
