Recipe: No Bake Energy Balls

Try this easy no bake energy ball recipe for the perfect pre-run snack or natural, mid-run fuel.

Ingredients

2 cups dry oatmeal or quinoa flakes
1 cup flaxseed, ground
1 cup dark chocolate chips
1 cup almond butter
1/2 cup honey
1/2 cup dried blueberries
2 tsp vanilla
pinch of salt

Direction

Mix almond butter, vanilla and honey into a paste. Add to dry ingredients. Measure with tablespoon to form into balls and place on wax paper. Keep refrigerated. Makes 30 balls.
