One single kiwi provides over 100 per cent of your daily vitamin C and approximately eight per cent of your daily fibre, all for less than 50 calories. You can consume your kiwi’s fuzzy exterior for extra fibre, just make sure that you rinse it thoroughly to get rid of any pesticides.
