Hannah's 64 favourite workout songs for any kind of run

calgary half-marathon

Rachel Hannah is a marathoner, registered dietitian and music lover. The runner has been getting her miles done solo lately and listening to music to pass the time. While she says she prefers to do workouts without music, for easy runs, weights and warm ups, she always has tunes with her.

Here’s her current go-to playlist for running. Bonus? It’s downloadable on Spotify, so you can get some new tunes at the click of a button. With over 90 minutes of music, her playlist is long enough to get you through most runs. It’s also extremely upbeat, so if you’re lacking motivation, this playlist will help you find some.

Hannah, who owns a 2:32:09 marathon personal best, is a Pan Am medallist over the distance and is currently training in hopes of having a chance to run a fall race.
